Artist Statement

A chronicle of the people, places and events, during the final year (2016-2017) humans made residency on this small slice of historic land along the Detroit River – an enclave in Detroit’s industrial southwest called Delray. Clearing way for the construction of the future Gordie Howe International Bridge.

The bridge plan displaces over 600 residents, a number of businesses and jobs.
